"I am the Way, the Truth and the Life"
John 14 : 7 - 14
Here Jesus proclaims who He is again. If we are going anywhere we need to know the way. If we don””””t we tend to get lost more than once and perhaps go round in circles. If we are searching for knowledge it is the truth we want not some half-baked philosophy or guesses. And if it is life we seek we don””””t look in a mortuary. We have the words of Jesus “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life” and we are so foolish that we get lost, listen to untruths and of course, we do not really live the Life, that is there waiting for us to embrace.
Prayer
Prayer : Lord Jesus, give us the audacity to believe and trust Your Word that You are the Truth. All else will fail and flounder but Your Word will remain forever. Let Your Truth always dwell in my heart and let me follow You the Way and the Life.
