Notices for May 2008 02 May 2008 Commitment of Lay Associates Time: 11.45 am Location: Skelmersdale Description: On Tuesday 6th May six new members will make their commitment during Mass with Fr Mike Thompson. Bert Suffield our National and European Leader will be present to receive the commitment. We ask you to keep these people in your prayers,Maureen, Christina, Tom, Vera,Marie and Ann, as they join the Association of the Holy Family. Extra Information: The aim of the Association of the Holy Family is to renew as far as possible among us the spirit and the virtues of the primitive church. P.B. Noailles. 02 May 2008 Holy Family Intervocational Spirituality Team Time: 11.30 am Location: Skelmersdale Description: Another meeting was held in Selby Road, Leeds on Saturday 19th April. The group was pleased to welcome new members and from the feed-back it was a lively meeting, sharing two topics, studied from the previous meeting. 1) the political and economic situation in France in the 19th century and 2) the Noailles family and its influence on Pierre Bienvenu Noailles our Founder. Extra Information: Next meeting wil be on Saturday September 27th from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm. |
