Having heard Jesus speak to the rich young man,Peter puts this question to Jesus. The answer he gets promises a glorious future but they have to wait till everything is made new.
Prayer
Jesus, help us understand your words to Peter and the apostles. Give us the faith and perseverance to follow you wherever you lead us. Be with those who suffer because they are your followers. Amen
