Daily Prayer

“She took of its fruit and ate; and she also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate.” (Genesis 3 : 6) Sin enters human life,  the great roots being pride and selfishness.  Comparing ourselves with others,  desiring more and more,  lead to dissatisfaction with what we have.  In the end all can be lost through overpowering greed.

Guide us Lord, you are our heart and our strength, you are our hope. Teach us Lord, and guide our way to love you more each passing day. Amen
