“Everyone who acknowledges me before others,  I also will acknowledge before my Father in Heaven, whoever denies me before others, I also will deny before my Father in Heaven.”  (Matthew 10 : 33)

Christians should prefer spiritual growth to material gain and be like Jesus,  full of compassion and love for others.
