Fifth Week of Easter

May 17th, 2017

“Jesus said; ‘Abide in me as I abide in you.  Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine,  neither can you unless you abide in me.'” (John 15 : 4)

Jesus explains our deep relationship.  He is the vine,  we are the branches,  and the Father Himself is the gardener.   There is a oneness in this relationship.  Jesus’ divine life in us makes us fruitful.
