“See your King,  comes humbly to you.
He is victorious, he is triumphant
humble and riding on a donkey
or a colt, the foal of a donkey.
See our King, he does not threaten with
weapons of war, atomics, missiles.
Do not be afraid, it is I, fear not.
Our King comes gently, when all is silent,
all is still, when he comes.
The gentle breeze.
Jesus comes to serve, to heal.
This is how he is, he does not cry out loud,
or shout.
Be still, oh be still. I am your God.” (Zechariah 9 : 9-10)

“I will bless your name forever O God my king.” (Responsorial Psalm Verse)

Prayer O God, who in the abasement of your Son have raised up a fallen world, fill your faithful with holy joy, for all those you have rescued from slavery to sin, you bestow eternal gladness through Jesus Christ in the unity of the Spirit. Amen
