Second Week of Easter

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son,  so that everyone who believes in Him may not perish but may have eternal life.  Indeed,  God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world,  but in order that the world might be saved through Him.” (John 3 : 16)

God’s love calls for a response of faith in Jesus.  This faith results in making the truth part of one’s living.  How fortunate are we that Jesus came not to accuse us,  not to condemn us,  but to save us!
