Third Week of Easter
April 16th, 2016
"Many of the disciples of Jesus who were listening said; 'this saying is hard; who can accept it ?'"
John 6 : 60
We read in today’s Gospel that “many of his disciples returned to their former way of life and no longer walked with Him.” We, too, have met Jesus. Baptism does not promise an easy life. It simply promises that life will be easier because of belonging to the Body of Christ.
Prayer
Let us pray. Master to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. Amen
