Supervision has been decribed as a method of reflecting on work and ministry. To support others in a review of and reflection on their work requires that we have good listening skills a nd the capacity to make oters feel received, valued and heard.
Yhis workhop requires us to reflect gently and soulfully on our capacity to be present with others in ministry as they explore their relationship with their work. The workshop offers an ontroduction to some of the skills of Supervision and qualities of a supervisor. This participative workshop will include inputs, individual and group reflection.
