Spirit and Aim

Venerable Pierre Bienvenu Noailles Founder of the Association of the Holy Family of Bordeaux

Within the different vocations of The Holy Family Association,
all the members are united in their endeavour to
live the same spirit and
work towards the same aim.
They find their inspiration in the contemplation of
Jesus, Mary and Joseph,
who sought and lived for God Alone
through all the events of their lives.
The Founder, the Venerable Pierre Bienvenu Noailles,
loved to contemplate the Holy Family of Nazareth
as the ‘gentle image of the Trinity.’
Open to all who are drawn by its spirit and its life,
and following the example of the First Christian Communities,
who “were of one heart and one soul,”
The Holy Family Association is a place
of sharing, of communion and of mutual support.
It is a source of apostolic vitality for all its members.

“But they were furious and began to discuss the best way of dealing with him’’
Luke 6 : 11

Jesus Lord, man is the central theme of your pastoral work. Teach us to reach out to each other. Let us not be fault finders but rejoice when someone is healed and made well again
