The 2025 Season of Creation theme is “Peace with Creation”. This theme is inspired by the biblical passage from Isaiah 32:14–18, which describes a vision of a peaceful, fertile land transformed from a war-torn state. It calls people of faith to actively work towards reconciliation with the Creator and creation by addressing environmental degradation, climate change, conflict, and injustice.
The theme focuses on the need for active peace-making and reconciliation with the environment, highlighting the interconnectedness of creation and the damage caused by human actions.
It’s a call for repentance, solidarity, and concrete action to heal a damaged world and to work in partnership with others for ecological conversion.
The ‘Garden of Peace’ is a symbolic representation of this transformed, thriving land, moving from desolation to fertility.
The Garden of Peace

The symbol for 2025, the Garden of Peace, features a dove carrying an olive branch.
Just as Noah’s dove returned with a sign of renewal after the flood (Genesis 6:13), we too seek a world where peace flourishes as we reach out to each other and connect with all creation.
We are invited to incorporate the symbol in all the activities, celebrations and events that you plan for this year.
